1. Preparing your design

It all starts with your design.

Before printing, we check and optimize your file specifically for use on textiles — including size, positioning and color rendering.

What looks good on screen often behaves differently on fabric. This preparation ensures your design ends up clear, balanced and professional.

This step matters most, because it is the foundation for everything that follows.

2. Printing onto transfer foil

Next, your design is printed not directly onto the fabric but onto a special transfer foil.

The foil acts as a carrier and allows very precise application — colors, lines and details transfer evenly and cleanly.

A big advantage of this method is its versatility: it works on different textiles like t-shirts, hoodies, bags and other fabric products — regardless of material.

3. Curing in the oven

After printing, the transfer foil is cured in a special oven.

Controlled heat stabilizes the print layer and prepares it for the next step — crucial for the durability of the print.

Without curing, a design may look fine at first but loses quality over time. This intermediate step significantly increases wash resistance.

4. Transfer onto the textile with the heat press

The prepared foil is then placed on the textile and transferred with a professional heat press.

Three factors are precisely tuned:

• temperature
• pressure
• press duration

This bonds the design permanently to the fabric. The result is a print that stays flexible, feels good and doesn't add bulk.

After pressing, the foil is removed — leaving your finished design on the textile.

5. Quality check and finishing

Before your product leaves our shop, it is checked carefully once more.

Among other things we verify:

• correct placement of the design
• even adhesion
• clean colors
• an undamaged textile
